- MAINTAINED the Village’s AAA bond rating and kept municipal taxes below the rate of inflation
- BROUGHT in new leadership, including a Village Manager, Police Chief, Village Engineer, Communications Director and Building Department Supervisor
- RESTORED hybrid participation at Village meetings, revamped the Village website, and added the My Ridgewood App
- IMPROVED safety by hiring school safety officers & more police and firefighters
